Why does my flowers dull after some time?
Prolonged exposure to a strong light source will dull the colour of the flowers. Keep them away from direct light exposure and keep your preserved flower jewelry in the jewelry box when not wearing them to make the colours last longer.
Why does my earring look so rusty?
Fret not! What you are seeing is tarnish which is a thin coating that forms easily on sterling silver products which can be removed. All of our earrings are made using 925 sterling silver which is 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals. The other metals react with the sulphur in air forming tarnish.
Each pair of earrings come with a polishing cloth which you can use to gently rub to remove the tarnish. Once tarnish is removed, place the earrings back into the box with the anti-tarnish strip provided (small black square film) and silica gel pack to reduce tarnish.
We offer 2 free aftercare services for each pair of earrings which include replacement of small sterling silver parts (flower clasp, small connecting loops) and polishing of the sterling silver hoops and studs.

What does the aftercare service for terrariums cover?
Unfortunately, we do not provide aftercare service for our terrariums. We do a quality check of all our terrariums before delivering them and we are not responsible for any damages and electronic faults as a result of the product's lifespan or poor handling.
